Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art

As the lighting designer at the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art for 17 years, I collaborated closely with colleagues on the renovation of numerous spaces, refined the lighting for the permanent collection, and brought special exhibitions to life through precise focusing.

During the Bloch Building expansion, I worked alongside the project team to ensure the museum’s lighting needs were met while also designing casework lighting for the new building. Led lighting design for major gallery renovations in the Egyptian, American Indian, American, and Chinese Galleries, shaping immersive and impactful environments for visitors.
